Services

Synthetica provides AI-powered business systems, automation solutions, virtual reception services, conversational AI systems, workflow automations, and related consulting and implementation services.

The scope of services provided to each client will be defined in a separate proposal, agreement, or statement of work where applicable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for implementation.
• Maintain ownership and control of any accounts created in their name.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to their use of our services.
• Ensure any information provided to Synthetica does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Clients remain responsible for the content, communications, and business activities conducted through systems deployed on their behalf.

Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate with third-party platforms including AI providers, telephony providers, scheduling platforms, payment processors, CRM systems, and other software services.

Synthetica is not responsible for interruptions, pricing changes, outages, policy changes, or service failures originating from third-party providers.

Fees and Payments

Fees for services will be communicated before work begins. Clients agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with their agreed payment terms.

Usage-based fees charged directly by third-party providers, including AI platforms, telephony services, software subscriptions, and infrastructure providers, remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of accounts, phone numbers, business data, and assets created specifically for their business.

Upon completion of implementation and payment of applicable fees, clients retain ownership of systems that have been configured for their use.

Synthetica retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, processes, templates, documentation, intellectual property, and internal tools.

Performance and Availability

While Synthetica aims to deliver reliable and effective solutions, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance results unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Any performance guarantees offered are subject to the specific terms outlined in the applicable client agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synthetica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Synthetica for the relevant services during the preceding three months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement, Cancellation Policy, or written agreement between the parties.

Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain payable.

Privacy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

Synthetica may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective upon publication.
