Synthetica provides custom AI systems, automation solutions, and implementation services tailored to each client's requirements. This policy outlines when refunds apply.
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover consultation, planning, system design, configuration, and implementation services performed specifically for the client.
If Synthetica is unable to deliver the agreed services within a reasonable timeframe or fails to meet agreed implementation milestones due to factors within our control, a partial or full refund may be provided where appropriate.
Monthly management and support fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once services have been provided.
Any performance guarantees offered by Synthetica are subject to the specific terms outlined in the client's service agreement.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method where possible.
