This policy explains how clients can cancel ongoing services with Synthetica, and what happens to your systems and data when you do.
Clients may cancel ongoing management, support, or subscription services by providing at least 30 days written notice via email.
Monthly fees remain payable during the notice period, and services will continue until the effective cancellation date.
Cancellation of ongoing services does not affect the client's ownership of systems, accounts, phone numbers, automations, data, or other assets that have been transferred to the client as part of the implementation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
At the end of the notice period, Synthetica's management and support services will be terminated. Clients will retain access to any systems and services that are owned and maintained under their own accounts.
Synthetica may terminate services with 30 days written notice where continued service delivery is not reasonably possible. In cases involving non-payment, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, security concerns, or breaches of agreement, services may be suspended or terminated immediately.
Third-party service subscriptions, including AI platforms, telephony providers, software licenses, and usage-based services billed directly to the client, remain the responsibility of the client and must be managed or cancelled separately where applicable.
